At Gourmia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all returned appliances are in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the outside of your original Gourmia packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized shipping carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
